Prague the 14th Most Expensive City in Europe for Expats

I would never have guessed it but Prague is apparently the 14th most expensive city in Europe for expats, and the 47th most expensive in the world.  

The world's most expensive city for expats is Luanda, Angola

The second most expensive city is Tokyo

And the third is N'Djamena, Chad
