Happy Easter Monday!

Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday! 

Um, remember my attempt to bake Mazanec?  Well, in case you're wondering, it didn't turn out quite right.  Actually, it turned out very poorly.  Quite frankly, it's inedible.  It was supposed to look like this...

Sigh...I'll just have to try again.  Although, if you recall what I wrote earlier:  mazanec, if left in the oven to harden, can be kept all year and its presence protects the house from fire.  Since I can't eat it, I may as well ward off fire!
